Who You Are

You are a unique human being.

Nobody in the whole world is made exactly like you.

Be proud of who you are 🙂 ! Don’t waste any energy on wishing you were somebody else, overlooking how special YOU truly are.

Your “flaws” are what make you stand out in the crowd, they are what make you  so incredibly beautiful.

In time, I hope you can see just how special you are, as special as you are to me.

(Did you spot the hidden message in this post? Look again. I’m talking to every single person that reads this, don’t count yourself out. You are precious.)

Tis the Season :)

I just wanted to take a moment to remind you of those who unfortunately don’t have a lot to look forward to this Christmas. For some, Christmas is a lonely holiday with nothing much to offer and can be especially painful for them if they don’t have a lot of family around them.

If you are able to sprinkle a little Christmas magic & help those in need then please do, don’t hold back.  There are homeless shelters all around the world who need help every single day. But if you can offer food or warm clothing this Christmas then I can guarantee you that would be the most well received gift you will give this year.

Christmas is about giving but that doesn’t mean you have to spend money, instead share joy & kindness. Spare a moment of your time for family, friends or neighbours who are spending Christmas alone. Sitting down for a chat with them, posting a Christmas card with your best wishes or doing something kind for them will mean the world to a lonely soul and help turn their Christmas around and it doesn’t have to cost a penny.

So this Christmas I ask you to please open your heart & think about those in need.

Help make their Christmas holiday sparkle with happiness 🙂

Thank you for reading 🙂

Enough is Enough.

All I ever seem to hear these days is people putting others down, insulting them, judging them, making disgusting comments about them, making them feel inferior. Whether it’s directly to victims face or behind their backs to one of their own friends! Sometimes it could be “only a slip of the tongue” or “they didn’t mean it like THAT”. But, it HURTS. Isn’t there enough hurt in the world already without adding to that?

It does make me wonder if they have ever heard of this phrase?! …

** Enough is enough! **

e3c2701998a9c186d3cb7fcfa2fe3b16 – Even if you think it is silly or nobody will want to hear what you have to say. SAY IT!

If you have something negative to say – Stop & Think. A passing comment that you didn’t think much about before putting it out into the world, could just as easily crush someone elses world. You have no idea how it may affect that person or how long that comment you made will be swirling around in their head when they are feeling low.

Happiness is powerful.

Leave a little sparkle wherever you go 🙂

Changing Lives With Kindness

“No act of kindness, no matter how small it may be, is wasted”

Give a flower. Listen with your heart. Say “hello”. Open a door. Say “thank you”. Read to a child. Leave a thank you note. Offer your seat. Let another go first. Give a compliment. Encourage a child. Forgive mistakes. Give a stranger the gift of your smile, it may be the only sunshine that they see all day.

People often forget that kindness is FREE, but it is PRICELESS

Two quotes to remember:

“Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear & the blind can see”

“Kindness. Easy to to. Easy not to do. Choose the latter, no one will notice. Choose the former and lives may change!”

If you want to see more kindness in the world, put it there. You might just get back what you put in 🙂

I hope that this has inspired you to sprinkle seeds of kindness wherever you go…xo
