Begin each morning with a grateful heart for what you DO have in life, even if it seems like you have nothing right now. Don’t fill your mind with negative thoughts because the more you do, the more you will start to believe them. Life seems much worse when you are in a negative frame of mind. However, when you open up your mind to think about what GOOD things life could bring you today, when you stop to notice the GREAT things around you, the negatives slowly start to fade into the background where they belong & allow you to be able to see a brighter future.
It’s important to remember that you are human! It’s okay to have a melt down. Just don’t unpack & live there. Cry it out & focus on where you are heading 🙂
