One thing that I find helps me is to focus on the solution & not the actual problem itself. Focusing on the problem just makes you think about it more, it drags you down the more you think about it & then you don’t feel like you have the strength to fix it anymore…which causes more problems until you’re in a gigantic hole filled with your deepest worries & issues. That’s not much fun is it?
Help yourself, you’re worth it!
Think of how you can overcome the problem, how can you fix it so that it isn’t a problem for you anymore? How will you feel when you have conquered it or found a solution?
So instead of being down about whatever problems you are facing right now, find your solution & take a step in the direction of HAPPINESS!
