Having a down day…week…month…year?! I know how you feel. Unfortunately, we’ve all been there.
You are not alone 🙂 & its time we all cheered each other up instead of knocking each other down! Sound like a good plan?
Right now it may seem like life is crumbling before your very eyes, bad things just keep happening & there is no way to stop it, its overwhelming, you feel like “maybe it would be better if I wasn’t here at all” if life just got that little bit too much for you to handle.
But, lets change that as of NOW!
Just stop for one minute,
Walk outside, stand there, in silence,
Look up at the beautiful sky
& contemplate how amazing life truly is.
I know that life isn’t always full of reasons to smile, but your smile itself is a reason for others to smile too!
I want you to remember ^ this picture if you’re struggling & always look out for the beautiful little things in life that we may miss whilst we’re rushing around in our daily routines, barely noticing where we are or where we’re going.
Things like how amazing the sky looks when the sun is setting, taking in the beauty of the gorgeous flowers around us, go to the beach & just watch the ocean, rest on the sand…I don’t think there is anything quite amazing as nature (as hippish as that sounds its true haha!). Have friends over, talk to a family member who you’ve been meaning to call for so long! Do anything to lift your spirits, to make you smile & to make life worth living again.
If you’re hurting & have been for a while, do these little things daily & think to yourself…
“I may not be there yet, but I’m closer than I was yesterday”
Take it one day at a time & I promise you that everything will be OK…you WILL get through it & find the strength to be happy again 🙂
